6. AI-Generated Recommendations

Agent reports and recommendations are generated by AI and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation. ContentVitals does not guarantee specific SEO results, ranking improvements, or traffic outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any changes made based on our recommendations.

7. Billing and Payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Beta users receive complimentary access as specified in their invitation
• You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability
