  • Payment information: processed securely through our payment provider — we never store card details

  • To generate and maintain your site-specific guidelines
  • To send you agent reports, weekly briefs, and product updates
  • To improve our AI agents and platform functionality

3. Data from Third-Party Integrations

We access Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Bing Webmaster Tools data only with your explicit OAuth authorization. This data is used exclusively to power our AI agents and generate reports for your account. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure OAuth token storage, and regular security audits. Analytics data is cached temporarily and refreshed periodically to provide accurate agent reports.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Agent reports and guidelines versions are kept for historical comparison. If you delete your account, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where required by law.
